Business and marketing essay- Luisa.

Here is my part of the essay, its 350 words but cut and alter as you wish!

Customer Profile-

Our Noble Savage range is aimed at the gap in the market for Young Professionals who want to become more eco friendly. Having decided that multi-functionality could be the key to our brand being sustainable, we began to research possible customer bases and discovered a gap in the market. Currently, there is a distinct lack of eco-friendly sustainably sourced and manufactured garments on the market aimed at youth. Our range takes this into consideration, and is a unisex range aimed at Young Professionals who wish to be environmentally aware in their choice of clothing, without sacrificing their fashion awareness.

·         High earning young professional with a large disposable income, this customer is a creative type- possibly working in media or journalism. Likely to be urban- Living in an up-and-coming area of London, frequenting kitsch coffee houses, gastro pubs and galleries.

·         Always aware of the current trends but perhaps are not willing to buy in to them completely- instead, they prefer individualist or bespoke items, and like to create a unique look. This customer believes that the way you dress is integral to your sense of character and likes to express him or herself through their choice of clothes.

·         This customer is environmentally aware, but not to the extent of being an activist, instead they are more likely to recycle, help out in community projects or do their bit by cycling rather than taking the bus- but will probably opt to drive their vintage car when its raining.

·         Our customer is an outdoors lover- they enjoy long walks, cycle rides, picnics in the park, and camping (although probably in a high-maintenance kind of sense rather than roughing it). Finally, our customer is playful- they like to have fun with their clothing and express their personalities through their dress sense.

Our collection will appeal to this customer base because of its roots in sustainability, and because it allows them to buy into a fresh young brand of ethical clothing without sacrificing their fashion consciousness.
